Book Club Request

Request multiple copies of a title for your book club. Please note that we are generally unable to acquire book club sets for titles published within the past year.

Please submit book club title requests at least four weeks before the date they are needed. We can attempt to fill requests made with less notice, but availability may be limited.

This form is intended for Waterloo Public Library patrons. Libraries wishing to request book club titles should use the "Services for Libraries" form.
