Attention Ghouls and Gals! WPL will be hosting a Halloween makeup tutorial event with makeup artist Juniper Knight. Participants will learn some basic makeup skills in order to create terrifying scars and "deep cuts" perfect for a spooky Halloween costume, and will leave with their own materials to recreate their looks just in time for trick-or-treating!
