Join the Waterloo Public Library in commemorating the 50th anniversary of Richard Scarry's timeless book, "Cars and Trucks and Things That Go"! Celebrate this whimsical children’s classic with Busytown-inspired crafts and activities, including driving our Scarry-inspired pickle car and a scavenger hunt! Snacks will be provided.

After the party, enjoy $1 admission to the Phelps Youth Pavilion!
