Are you or a Family Member interested in attending college in the upcoming year?

Join us for Family FAFSA Night, hosted by the Waterloo Public Library in partnership with Black Hawk County Local College Access Network! Completing the FAFSA unlocks opportunities for grants, scholarships, work-study, loans, and more. Representatives from Hawkeye Community College and Wartburg College will be on hand to guide you through the process and answer your questions.

What you need to know:

  1. At least 3 days prior to the event, create a FSA ID account for the student and each parent at their website: https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch

What to bring with you:

  1. Your own email address
  2. Username and password to personal email
  3. If possible, 2023 tax information
  4. Social Security Number for Student and parents (if applicable)
