 Summer Library Program by bringing back one of our most popular events, Me
 ss Fest! We'll turn W. 3rd Street into Waterloo's largest sandbo
 x, and provide everything needed to make the castles of your dreams. Also 
 on tap, bubbles, sidewalk chalk, games, and more! You'll even have a 
 chance to meet members of the Waterloo Fire Department. Treats will be pro
 vided. This program is weather permitting and no rain date will be schedul
 ed. The 2026 Youth Summer Library Program is made possible with support 
 from Friends of the Waterloo Public Library.Photos or videos may be taken
